Men's Anger

This is a free meeting for men to discuss anger. It's not therapy. It's a time to get together and talk about something that is a struggle for most men. We will discuss the roots of anger, managing our own anger, and how to help others who struggle with anger. We will also look at how we can help our families and the community. There is limited space so don't wait to sign up.
